Devel custom S&W model 39. Very nice package with 3 mags, 2 holsters and double mag pouch. One major flaw. This guns was booked into the property room of a major east coast PD who etched a date and case number on the dust cover. Otherwise a very nice rare Devel custom. $1999
Colt 22 Conversion unit custom by Wilson Combat. Several years ago I purchased a Wilson Combat S70 Colt with 3 top ends including this conversion unit. The frame was Wilson marked. The gun with the orginal S&W sighted slide was featured in a 80's vintage Wilson catalog (verified by SN). I have since sold the gun and two centerfire top ends. Since I already have a couple conversion kits I am offering this one for sale. It is very nice with custom features. The mag, barrel, bushing, and slide stop are hardchromed (which matched the S70 receiver). The back of the slide is serrated. The barrel bushing is match fitted. It also features a full length guide rod. Finish is good with minor use marks and a couple small scratches. $599
Austin Behlert mini combat 45 acp with Seecamp conversion. This one was built on a WWII GI Remington Rand back in the day when surplus guns were cheaper than commercial Colts. Has the LWS stamp of all true Seecamp conversions. This one has the early Seecamp trigger guard modification. It has Smith and Wesson sights and Behlerts screw in bushing with his oversized thumb safety. Hard chromed and stippled front and rear. Pinned grip safety which is a common feature on Austins mini 1911 conversions with or without Seecamp. Austin posted on pistolsmith.com that he did about 15 mini's with Seecamp conversion. If that is correct I have owned 1/3 of them and have seen many more listed, so I think his numbers were a bit off. This one is a very nice specimen of the work of 2 early masters who are no longer with us. $1899
1956 Colt Commerical Government model 45 acp custom. Engraved by Bill Lowther. This one started off as a bullseye gun I purchased from the widow of a National Guardsmen bullseye shooter. It had a Bomar rib and showed some finish wear but was tight as a drum. We mig welded the mounting holes for the rib and fitted an EGW monogram match bushing. I sent it to George at EGW who milled the front strap serrations. We added a Greider long trigger, EGW hard sear and EGW Commander hammer. YoBo retro rear sight with EGW stake on front. It turned out very nice. It has a small flaw in the engraving on the slide top where a little of the weld chipped out during the engraving but it isnt very distracting. sold
Austin Behlert Mini Combat 45 built on a Colt S70. Hard chrome frame with blue slide. Hooked trigger guard. Re profiled slide top. Bomar sights. All of Austins trick features. $on hold for Ari
Caspian OACP 38 super. Started with an unfitted stainless steel Caspian slide and receiver. After hand fitting the slide to the frame we added a KKM .355 bull barrel. C&S recoil system. Novak plain black sights. Greider trigger. Paddle hammer. Muescke ambi safety. I had BJ build this one just because no one makes an Officers model in 38 super. Runs like a top. Only 2 negatives. Slide wont lock back when the mag is empty. Wilson Colt or Mec Gar all do the same. 2nd it is heavy. Not terribly so but being all SS it isnt a lightweight. $1095
